賃貸住戸の16ｍ2（9.6帖）のダイニングキッチン。「広すぎ」てかえって使いにくいという代々入居の声。キッチンとダイングを分けるL字型の一枚の壁を作る事で改善。ラーチ合板張りの壁は「壊さない限り好きなように使っていい」というルールも作った。すぐに入居者決定！
